Return and Exchange Policy – Advanced Pumps Company

The return and exchange policy for Advanced Pumps Company products is based on the company’s terms and requires certain essential conditions. In order to protect the rights of consumers and customers, the company handles returns and exchanges with both care and flexibility to ensure an excellent and satisfactory shopping experience for our clients.

Return and Exchange Conditions

• The warranty is provided by the authorized dealer only and is subject to the dealer’s terms. Dealer information can be obtained from the seller.

1. The product must be in good condition and unused, and in the same condition as it was purchased. The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if it has been used, even for testing purposes.
2. The original invoice for the product must be presented to confirm that it was purchased from the company. The warranty starts from the date of the original invoice. The warranty will not be accepted with an undated, altered, or damaged invoice.
3. The customer may request a return within two (2) days from the date of purchase. A 25% deduction from the product’s value will apply if the product has been opened, in addition to bank transfer fees.
4. The customer may request an exchange for another product within three (3) days from the invoice date. A 25% deduction from the product’s value will apply if the product has been opened.
5. The product must be among the items that the company allows for return or exchange.
6. The warranty covers returns and exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects, and according to the dealer’s assessment and decision for exchange or repair.
7. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all its contents (packaging box, user manual, instructions, and any product accessories). If any accessories or parts are missing, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
8. Shipping, dismantling, and installation costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be claimed back during repair, exchange, or return.
9. The warranty does not entitle the customer to claim monetary compensation from the dealer for any physical, biological, or human damages resulting from the product. The warranty will be void in the event of the following damages or defects:
   • Misuse, including operating the product outside the guidelines of the provided manual.
   • Cable cuts, product body cracks, or forcing the product to operate outside the manual instructions (e.g., float switch bypass, operation with muddy water or without water, presence of sand, mud, plastic bags, fabric pieces, threads, or solid debris causing the defect).
   • Voltage issues including electrical surges/drops or phase loss leading to electrical burnout.
   • Lack of protective circuit for the product, resulting in product damage.
   • Unauthorized disassembly or tampering with the product by non-approved entities.
   • Dry running of the pump (operation without water), causing overheating and damage.
   • Cracks in the product body caused by shipping, installation, direct pressure, or overload.
   • Damages resulting from natural disasters.
   • Lack of periodic maintenance during the warranty period by the authorized dealer.

If all these conditions are met, return and exchange requests will be accepted by Advanced Pumps Company. All warranty terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and fall under the legal jurisdiction of Riyadh.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and carefully inspect it to ensure it fully complies with our return policy, the refund will be issued within four (4) business days after receiving the returned item from the customer.

Replacement Delivery Time

Depending on your location, the time required for the replacement product to reach you may vary but will not exceed one (1) week.
